Paul J. Fribourg Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Continental Grain Company For the last decade, Paul J. Fribourg has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Continental Grain Company, an international agribusiness and investment company with important investments in poultry, pork and beef businesses, among others. Prior to assuming the helm of one of the largest privately-held corporations in the United States, he held a variety of positions with increasing responsibility—from Merchandiser and Product Line Manager to Group President and Chief Operating Officer. Paul Fribourg has extensive corporate service as a Board Member of Loews Corporation, The Estee Lauder Companies, Inc. and Burger King Holdings, Inc., not to mention as a Member of the JP Morgan National Advisory Board and the Rabobank International North American Agribusiness Advisory. He is also a Board Member of the Harvard Business School Board of Dean’s Advisors, the NYU Mitchell Jacobson Leadership Program in Law and Business Advisory Board, Teach for America – New York, the America-China Society, the Appeal of Conscience Foundation and Endeavor Global Inc. He is also a Member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
Mr. Fribourg graduated Magna Cum Laude from Amherst College with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He then completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard’s Business School.
